We respect animals, and that’s why we choose food that is pure, healthy, high-quality, conscious, flavorful, aromatic, and full of kindness!
Since 1982, when we arrived here, we’ve been concerned with what we eat. Over time, we learned to grow our own food and have continuously improved our practices toward a fully conscious way of eating—organic, natural, and alive!

We grow a lot of our own food, buy from local organic producers, and trade with neighbors and friends...
Since 1996, we’ve been developing, adapting, and creating recipes to make our conscious eating more diverse — inspired by many ideas, teachings, and bits of wisdom we've gathered over all these years.
And that has brought us so much joy and fulfillment!
And as a gift, we now share all of this with our guests and friends!
We never stop emphasizing the importance of bringing spiritual awareness into the way we eat.
To be Ahimsa is to act with coherence — without violence in your actions, activities, thoughts, and even in the food you choose, the food that gives you LIFE.

For over 40 years, we have been producing part of our food through ecological practices and organic farming, always caring for the health of the soil and animals.
We produce jams, dulce de leche, chutneys, fruit preserves, and granola.
